Katie Bae serves as the Chief Operating Officer of All of Pain, guiding the organization’s operations, strategy, and execution while building the foundation that allows the practice to grow with clarity and purpose.
Katie has been part of All of Pain since its early days. As the organization has grown, she has helped shape the systems, structures, and shared standards that allow different teams and locations to move in the same direction. Today, she works closely with executive leadership across organizational operations, team leadership, location management, workflow development, patient experience, service quality, and the execution of growth initiatives.
For Katie, good operations are about more than efficiency.
They are about creating an environment where people and systems, culture and execution, can move together with a shared sense of purpose.
She believes that the larger an organization becomes, the more important clarity, consistency, and thoughtful structure become. Her work is focused on creating systems that allow each location and each team to maintain the same high standards, even as the organization continues to evolve. She strengthens collaboration, clarifies accountability, and helps build an operating structure in which people can do their best work with confidence.
At the heart of that work is the patient experience.
Katie believes that every patient who walks through the doors of All of Pain should feel the same sense of care, attentiveness, and professionalism, regardless of which location they visit. From scheduling and the clinical journey to internal communication and the smallest details of service, she looks closely at the moments that shape a patient’s experience and works to make each of them more thoughtful and consistent.
As All of Pain continues to expand its locations, teams, and clinical capabilities, Katie remains focused not only on how quickly the organization grows, but on how well it grows.
For her, growth should never come at the expense of stability, precision, consistency, or the standards that shaped the organization from the beginning.
Her role is not simply to manage the operations of today.
It is to build the systems and culture that will allow All of Pain to become a larger organization without losing the care, discipline, and attention to detail that define it.
Through this philosophy, Katie continues to shape the operational foundation that allows All of Pain to grow while preserving a high standard of medical care and a consistent, deeply considered patient experience.
Outside of work, Katie finds joy in simple things: watching films, reading, and taking long walks.
In the midst of a full and demanding life, she values these quieter moments. They give her space to recharge, reflect, and return with a clearer mind.
For Katie, balance is not something separate from good work.
It is part of what makes good work possible.
